He was patient and encouraged us to look at all the houses we were even slightly interested. He was very knowledgeable about real-estate and things in we were not familiar with. He stayed up to 1am on a weekend evening to help us summit the offer that was finally accepted. We love our house it had all our top wants in a home and more. We and are so happy with the purchase and could not have done this with out his hard work and lots of driving around. We would recommend Ural and would use him again but we plan on staying in our home a long time!

Ural helped my Mom find a house 10 years ago, I remember him being very patient and informational back then, and he lived up to my expectations when my girlfriend and I started looking for a house. He sold Erin and I very well as a couple, and as home buyers. Ural made the home buying process a lot more friendly and streamlined, as our Real Estate Agent. Ural was my agent for both buying and selling two homes. On buying the homes, he was tireless in helping us find exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. In selling the homes, he was invaluable in advising us what we needed to do to upgrade the homes in order to get the best price. On one, he even acted as a de facto general contractor, convincing me to hire someone to do some of the work rather than doing it myself. This saved me an untold amount of grief, worth three times the cost of the contractor. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone buying or sell a home in this area.
